License terms

The short version: one license is for one person, on up to two computers, for any kind of work, personal or commercial. Keep your key to yourself.

What you get

• A license key for Fling for After Effects. It never expires.
• Use it on up to two computers at a time. To move it to a new computer, deactivate it on one of the others, or write to us and we will reset it.
• Use Fling for personal and commercial work, including client work. What you make with it is yours. We claim nothing in your animations.
• Free updates for all of version 1, including every new Moment we add.
• One license is for one person. Studios buy one for each artist who uses Fling.

The free trial

• Playing with Fling is free, forever. Baking keyframes needs a license once the 14-day trial ends.
• Once activated, Fling works offline. It checks your key from time to time and keeps working for 7 days without an internet connection.

What you can't do

• Share, sell, rent or give away your key, or let other people use it.
• Resell or redistribute Fling, or bundle it into another product.
• Copy, decompile or change Fling's code, or get around the license check.

If these terms are broken, we can end that license.

Refunds

If Fling is not for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying. See Refunds.

No warranty

We work hard to make Fling reliable, but it is provided as it is. We can't promise it will be free of bugs or right for every project, and we are not liable for lost work or other damages beyond what you paid for Fling. As with any tool, save your work often.

Who sells Fling

Fling is made by Flingworks and sold through Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, tax and your receipt. Lemon Squeezy's own buyer terms also apply to the purchase. Copies bought on aescripts + aeplugins come with their license terms.
